Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest charakterystyka nowego instrumentu polityki spójności UE, jakim są Zintegrowane Inwestycje Terytorialne (ZIT) oraz analiza jego implementacji w Polsce, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obszaru funkcjonalnego Poznania. Wdrażanie ZIT przedstawiono w świetle realizowanej do tej pory współpracy interkomunalnej w ramach Stowarzyszenia Metropolia Poznań. Obszar ten odznacza się "oddolną ścieżką dojścia" do zintegrowanego zarządzania. W konkluzji dokonano oceny instrumentu ZIT jako czynnika inicjującego bądź pogłębiającego współpracę oraz przyczyniającego się do rozwoju miejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The subject of this article is the description of the new cohesion policy instrument of the EU, namely Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) and the analysis of its implementation in Poland, with particular reference to the functional area of Poznań. The implementation of the ITI has been presented in the light of the inter-municipal cooperation carried out within the Poznań Metropolitan Association. This area is characterized by a "bottom-up approach" for integrated management. In conclusion, the Integrated Territorial Instrument Investments has been evaluated as a factor that initiates or deepens cooperation and contributes to the development of urban functional areas(original abstract)
