Wykorzystano część wyników prezentujących problematykę wyboru leasingu spośród innych form finansowania inwestycji oraz przyczyny niekorzystania z leasingu. Pozwoli to potwierdzić, iż dla potencjalnych leasingobiorców obciążenia fiskalne są jednym z najważniejszych czynników decydujących o wykorzystaniu leasingu. (fragment tekstu)
The article's aim is to present and provide a preliminary evaluation of results from surveys on those Polish SMEs who use leasing as a form of investment financing. The author provides a characteristics of those firms and the factors which made them use leasing services. The emphasis is on tax regulations as the respondents pointed out that they make a primary determiner of their decision to enter a contract of lease. (original abstract)
