Abstrakty
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja oraz próba uporządkowania dotychczasowego stanu wiedzy na temat współpracy firm rodzinnych z podmiotami zewnętrznymi w zakresie innowacji oraz wskazanie dalszych kierunków badań w tym obszarze. Rozważania zawarte w niniejszym opracowaniu są wynikiem studiów literatury przedmiotu (głównie anglojęzycznej) oraz przemyśleń własnych autora. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of this paper is to identify the main directions of research in the field of innovation-related cooperation between family businesses and external entities. The literature review shows that existing research provide some knowledge of the willingness to inter-organizational cooperation and the general characteristics external relations maintained by family businesses. Little is known about the motives of such cooperation and the criteria used by family firms when choosing partners. The author also suggests conducting further research on the impact of succession on innovation-related cooperation between family businesses and external entities. (original abstract)
