Saffold [1988] states that the organizational culture of these family organizations permeates their behavior from the formulation of strategies, efficiency, learning, integration and leadership among others; what makes it look like a subjective phenomenon of an organized action, producing its own culture and symbols that it develops in economic and material terms that impact it and help it to be effective. Family businesses establish relationships of beliefs and values used to perceive and interpret their perceptions of their environment, each of these organizations have a story to tell and they are totally different, although they retain a common characteristic of their owners - they are a family. This case study, which we are going to address in this paper, is a family business of German origin that was developed in the Costa del Estado state of Chiapas, where one of its main crops is organic coffee. Its culture has been fundamental for its growth based on its values that have allowed it to diversify into 4 businesses within these agro-tourism. The work model in Argovia has allowed it to access international markets for the quality of its products and tourism activities aimed at caring for the environment. (original abstract)
