Abstrakty

W artykule podjęto rozważania nad koordynacją sieci dystrybucji w kontekście zwiększenia odporności na zakłócenia w przepływach wyrobów gotowych. Wskazano, jakie wyzwania stoją przed przedsiębiorstwami flagowymi koordynującymi przepływy materiałowe w sieci dystrybucji. W sieci dystrybucji wyrobów hutniczych rozważono dwa modele przepływu - z centrum serwisowym oraz z centrum logistycznym. W dwóch studiach przypadku zastosowano taką samą procedurę: badania dzienniczkowe realizowane przez 3 miesiące w celu identyfikacji zakłóceń, analizę przyczynowo-skutkową oraz analizę FMEA.(abstrakt oryginalny)

In the article considering above the coordination of the distribution network in the context increasing the resilience in flows of finished products was taken. For that purpose an influence of megatrends on the structure of the supply chain was considered. New challenges for flag enterprises that coordinating material flows in the distribution network were identified. In the distribution network of steel products two models of the flow were considered - with the service centre and with the logistic centre. At two case studies a same procedure was applied: diary panel (identification purpose of disruptions), analysis causally - consecutive and analysis FMEA.(original abstract)
