Abstrakty

Celem tego opracowania stało się wstępne rozpoznanie teoretycznych wzorów regulujących relacje pomiędzy elastycznością i nieelastycznością organizacji, a dalej próba ich skonfrontowania z praktykami. Badania mają dla autorów charakter wprowadzający do zagadnienia, stąd nie zostały sfinalizowane wnioskami w sprawie orientacji teoretycznych. Ze względu na początkowy etap eksploracji zagadnienia przyjęto także, że wzory te będą identyfikowane na podstawie przeglądu artykułów dostępnych w bazie EBSCO oraz niewielkiej ilości materiału empirycznego. Skupienie się na ograniczonej ilości danych miało zapewnić dobre początkowe zrozumienie badanego materiału [Silverman 2011, s. 62]. Niestety zapytanie wprost o samą tematyczną relację, a tym bardziej o jej kształtowanie nie przyniosło trafnych odniesień w bazach wiedzy. Dokonano zatem osobno przeglądu literatury w odniesieniu do elastyczności i nieelastyczności organizacji. Na tej podstawie zaproponowano wstępny zbiór wzorów teoretycznych. (fragment tekstu)

Analysis of wide collections of publications indicates that the subject of organizational flexibility is much more popular than inflexibility. At the same time, in management both organization properties are necessary. The first purpose of the article is preliminary identifying patterns that regulate the relationship between these two properties. Next, the validity of the identified theoretical models was verified based on interviews with project managers. Qualitative research has also allowed for the formulation of several proposals that set out issues to be addressed in further proceedings. (original abstract)
