Abstrakty

The paper deals with many duties of the state for fulfilling of which may exploit many legislative tools. One of the most demanding from them is to provide a reasonable level of safety to its inhabitants and to protect their health. This task is in all developed countries guaranteed through various acts and ordinances of government which in the European Union area become generally accepted and followed documents. The state can help with creating a legislative framework to provide rules and regulations to guarantee and protect customer's interests effectively.(original abstract)
