The main objective of the article is to discuss and elaborate on the links between ownership (foreign, domestic or mixed) and entrepreneurial orientation (EO) of firms from Poland operating on international markets. The article presents the empirical data based on a survey of 355 firms located in Poland, which are internationalized. Based on results it can be assumed that firms with a higher share of foreign capital in their assets in general are characterized by higher innovativeness, proactivity and risk-taking.(original abstract)
