Abstrakty

Komisja Europejska przyjęła kilka dokumentów, w których silna baza przemysłowa została uznana za ważny czynnik wzrostu gospodarczego krajów UE. Pomimo jednak założeń, UE jest wciąż daleka od osiągnięcia zakładanego scenariusza, w którym sektor przemysłowy powinien stanowić 20% PKB UE do 2020 roku. Głównym zadaniem tego artykułu jest ocena postępów w realizacji projektu strategii reindustrializacji UE ukierunkowanej na zwiększanie udziału produkcji przemysłowej w PKB. W związku z tym przeanalizowano dokumenty Komisji Europejskiej dotyczące założeń koncepcji zintegrowanej polityki przemysłowej oraz zbadano zmiany wartości dodanej produkcji przemysłowej w UE i jej państwach członkowskich. The European Commission accepted several documents, in which a strong industrial base was recognised as an important driver for EU economic growth. Despite the assumption, EU is still a long way from achieving its target of a scenario where the industrial sector should account for 20 percent of the EU GDP by 2020. The objective of the study is to assess the progress in implementing the EU reindustrialisation strategy project aimed at increasing the share of industrial output in GDP. Therefore, the study provides an analysis of the European Commission's documents regarding the assumptions of an integrated industrial policy and investigates the changes in the manufacturing value added in the EU and its members.
