Abstrakty

W artykule podjęto problem znaczenia zasady równoważności wymogów dla handlu usługami bankowymi UE. W bliskim horyzoncie czasowym obroty usługami bankowymi między UE a państwami trzecimi powinny wzrosnąć ze względu na rozszerzenie geograficznego zakresu tej zasady, chociaż w mniejszym stopniu dotyczyć to będzie usług detalicznych i przedsiębiorstw. W dłuższym horyzoncie czasowym obroty między UE a państwami trzecimi kształtować się będą głównie pod wpływem Brexitu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents the importance of equivalence principle for EU trade in banking services. In the short time perspective the EU trade in banking services with third countries is predicted to increase due to the extension of the geographical scope of the principle, although retail and corporate banking sector will be less affected. In the long time perspective this trade will develop mainly under the influence of Brexit.(original abstract)
