Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest określenie roli, jaką pełni logistyka humanitarna oraz pomoc rozwojowa w Sudanie Południowym. Wyróżniono głównego koordynatora udzielanej pomocy, wskazano mankamenty realizowanych działań, scharakteryzowano system transportowy oraz określono komponenty, które wpływają na sytuację społeczno-gospodarczą państwa. Posłużono się krytyczną analizą dokumentacji oraz studium przypadku. Przykład Sudanu Południowego wskazuje na niezbędność synergicznej współpracy administracji rządowej, organizacji pozarządowych, wojska oraz mieszkańców. Działania te mają na celu przeciwdziałanie, minimalizację i eliminację negatywnych skutków katastrof. Ponadto, stawianie człowieka w centrum projektowanych scenariuszy i rozwiązań, a także wykorzystanie nowoczesnej technologii jest istotą pomocy humanitarnej oraz rozwojowej. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main goal of the study was to identify the role of humanitarian logistics and development aid in South Sudan. Therefore, author distinguished a main coordinator and weaknesses of disaster relief activities. Furthemore, characteristics of transport system was conducted and factors affecting the socio-economic situation was indicated. Research methodology consists of critical analysis of documentation and a case study. South Sudan example illustrates the necessity of synergic cooperation of public authorities, NGOs, the military and citizens. This action is aimed to neutralize, minimize and eliminate the natural disasters' negative effects. Moreover, placing the man in the limelight of scenarios and solutions as well as modern technology implementation are essential aspects of both humanitarian and development aid. (original abstract)
