Abstrakty

We współczesnym dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniu osiągnięcie trwałego sukcesu w przypadku organizacji takich, jak biblioteki staje się zadaniem wieloaspektowym. Coraz trudniej o działania konstruktywne i skuteczne w ramach klasycznych narzędzi marketingu. Biblioteki stają często przed dylematem, w jakim zakresie konkurować. Takie warunki determinują konieczność permanentnego zainteresowania poziomem satysfakcji użytkowników tych instytucji. Nawiązanie trwałego dialogu z użytkownikiem oraz precyzyjne definiowanie jego oczekiwań implikuje koncepcje związane z intensyfikacją działań mających na celu wzmocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej współczesnych bibliotek. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na istotną rolę oraz znaczenie obsługi użytkownika, a także wpływu, jakie wywierają one na poziom konkurencyjności współczesnych bibliotek. Uwzględniając literaturę źródłową, stwierdzono, iż implementacja na odpowiednim poziomie logistycznej obsługi użytkownika jest niezwykle istotna w aspekcie poziomu jakości świadczonych usług bibliotecznych, co znajduje odzwierciedlenie w osiąganiu przewagi konkurencyjnej tych instytucji. In today's dynamically changing environment, achieving sustainable success in organizations such as libraries becomes a multi-faceted task. It is becoming increasingly difficult to be constructive and effective in the context of classic marketing tools. Libraries often face a dilemma as how to compete. These conditions determine the need for permanent interest in the level of user satisfaction of these institutions. Establishing a permanent dialogue with the user and precise defining of his expectations implies concepts related to the intensification of activities aimed at strengthening the competitive position of contemporary libraries. The article highlights the important role and importance of user service and the impact they exert on the level of competitiveness of modern libraries. Taking into account the source literature, it was found that the implementation at the appropriate level of logistic user service is extremely important in terms of the quality level of library services provided, which is reflected in achieving the competitive advantage of these institutions.
