The primary aim of paper is to describe the problem of identification of non-effective business processes and an attempt to solve this problem. The research is based on process analysis using Fuzzy Sets theory. In addition, this article shows the architecture of Intelligent Hybrid System completed with simulation model, which supported business process analyzing. Besides symbolical transformation, the system executes quantitative transformation, using dynamical experiments. The final effect of research is a diagnosis of the process state and identification such processes, which require improvement. (original abstract)
