Abstrakty

The experience of the last decade indicates constantly the increasing role of the armed forces in achieving Moscow's political goals. The aim of the article is to assess Russia's geopolitical ambitions in the rivalry with the West and to explain how the armed forces influence the fulfillment of these ambitions. The article identifies the directions of Moscow's strategic aspirations. In the article the perception of threats was explained and a vision of Russia's future war was presented.(original abstract)
