Abstrakty

Kluczowymi obszarami zastosowania standardów w łańcuchu dostaw są pozyskanie i wymiana informacji oraz przemieszczanie wyrobów. Uzgadnianie wspólnych obszarów współpracy wymusza konieczność dopasowania się partnerów łańcucha dostaw. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja występowania mechanizmu izomorficznego w łańcuchach dostaw w zakresie implementacji standardów logistycznych przez partnerów oraz w odniesieniu do częstotliwości ich współpracy. Na bazie badań literaturowych opracowano model badawczy. Sformułowane hipotezy badawcze zostały zweryfikowane w badaniu ilościowym na populacji przedsiębiorstw wytwórczych. Przeprowadzone badania wskazują na polaryzację w zakresie implementacji standardów logistycznych we współpracy z partnerami w łańcuchu dostaw, przy jednoczesnym preferowaniu stałej współpracy z partnerami w łańcuchu dostaw (około 75%). Badania dowodzą, że wzrost częstotliwości współpracy przedsiębiorstw w łańcuchach dostaw wpływa pozytywnie na stosowanie standardów logistycznych(abstrakt oryginalny)

The key areas of application of standards in the supply chain are the acquisition and exchange of information and the movement of products. Agreeing common areas of cooperation makes it necessary to adjust the supply chain partners. In the article, these issues are dealt with on the basis of the institutional theory, which pays particular attention to the phenomenon of isomorphism. It is defined as the rapport between relations, one of which represents the other. The purpose of the paper is to identify the existence of an isomorphic mechanism in the supply chains within the implementation of logistical standards by partners and in relation to the frequency of their cooperation. The research model has been developed based on literature research. The hypotheses were verified in a quantitative survey on the population of manufacturing companies. The research shows the polarization in the implementation of logistics standards in cooperation with partners in the supply chain. At the same time, they prefer continuous cooperation with partners in the supply chain (about 75%). Research shows that the increase in the frequency of cooperation between companies in the supply chains positively influences the use of logistics standards(original abstract)
