Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zmian w podejściu do lokalizacji produkcji rolniczej na terenach podlegających oddziaływaniu miast. Omówione zostały najważniejsze teorie, począwszy od poglądów badaczy tworzących bezpośrednio przed powstaniem właściwych klasycznych teorii lokalizacji, następnie przedstawicieli tej teorii (np. Thünena), naukowców z nurtu geografii ekonomicznej i jego odświeżonego podejścia, czyli nowej geografii ekonomicznej. Początkowo głównym czynnikiem decydującym o lokalizacji działalności były koszty transportu, związane z odległością od rynków zbytu. W działalności rolniczej zwracano uwagę oczywiście na naturalny czynnik produkcji, jakim była ziemia i jej zasobność. Wraz z rozwojem gospodarczym świata znaczenie rolnictwa systematycznie zmniejszało się, pojawiły się też inne czynniki wpływające na jego lokalizację. Kolejni badacze próbowali opracować modele, które wyjaśniałyby rzeczywistość. W XXI w. naukowcy tworzą rozbudowane i skomplikowane modele zawierające bardzo wiele zmiennych objaśniających produkcję rolniczą. W pracy źródłem materiałów jest literatura krajowa i zagraniczna. Zastosowano metody opisową i tabelaryczną. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to present changes in the approach to the location of agricultural production in relation of urban areas. The most important theories have been discussed, starting with the views of researchers who created before the right theories of localization, then the representatives of this theory (eg Thünen), research of economics geography and a new economic geography. Initially, the main factor determining the location of the activity was transport costs, related to the distance from the markets. The natural factor of production, such as the earth and its abundance, was obviously important to the agricultural activity. With the economic development of the world, the importance of agriculture has steadily diminished, and other factors affecting its location have also emerged. Other researchers have attempted to develop models that would explain the reality. In the 21st century, scientists create complex models containing many variables explaining agricultural production. At work, the source of materials is domestic and foreign literature. Descriptive and tabular methods were used. (original abstract)
