Abstrakty

W artykule przeprowadzono analizę pojęcia wiedzy niedoskonałej. Omówiono rozwój koncepcji piramidy wiedzy oraz jej współczesne rozwinięcie w postaci łańcucha procesu pozyskiwanie wiedzy z danych i informacji. Zaproponowano wielowymiarowe miary do oceny wiarygodności danych oraz stopnia użyteczności informacji. Omówiono opracowany algorytm oceny procesu tworzenia i zarządzania wiedzą i na tym tle zaprezentowano uniwersalny model oceny ilościowej poziomu dojrzałości wiedzy. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article analyses the notion of imperfect knowledge. The development of the knowledge pyramid concept and its contemporary development in the form of a process chain acquiring knowledge from data and information are discussed. Multidimensional measures have been proposed to assess the veracity of data and the degree of information utility. The developed algorithm for the assessment of the creating and managing knowledge process was discussed, and on this background a universal model of quantitative assessment of the knowledge maturity level was presented.
