Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie dylematów dotyczących wyboru konkretnych mierników efektywności ZZL. Rozważania rozpoczęto od przybliżenia różnych punktów widzenia na pomiar efektywności ZZL. Wskazano na poziom analizy i odległość mierników efektywności od praktyk ZZL jako na te perspektywy, które warto uwzględnić w rozważaniach. Dokonany w dalszej części artykułu przegląd literatury prezentuje rodzaje mierników stosowanych w badaniach nad efektywnością ZZL. Całość artykułu kończą rozważania nad możliwościami włączenia dodatkowych miar do systemu pomiaru efektywności ZZL. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this article is to present the dilemmas of selection of specific measures of HRM effectiveness. First, the introduction of various perspectives on the issue of measuring HRM effectiveness is presented. The level of analysis and the degree of proximity between the measures of effectiveness and HRM practices have been determined to be perspectives worth taking into consideration. The overview of literature presents the types of measures used in the research on HRM effectiveness. The article has been concluded with considerations regarding the possibilities of including additional measures in the HRM effectiveness measurement system. (original abstract)
