Critical Question Analysis of the Dominating Companies in the Mobile Telecommunication Industry in Angola

The aim of this paper is to analyze the dominating companies in the Angolan mobile telecommunication industry as an organization using critical question analysis. Until the beginning of 2018, the mobile telecommunication industry in Angola is dominated by 2 major service providers which are Unitel and Movicel. This paper will study the setback and challenges faced by the two companies in this industry as an organization and give suggestions on how to improve them using strategic management tools. The study will also use PEST Analysis in order to understand the environment on which the two companies operate. By the help of interviews and theoretical review on Angola mobile telecommunications, this article will end with a conclusion summarizing possible changes and suggestions on how to improve the two companies in the telecommunication industry. Celem tego artykułu jest analiza dominujących firm w branży telekomunikacji komórkowej w Angoli jako organizacji wykorzystującej krytyczną analizę pytań. Do początku 2018 r. branża telefonii komórkowej w Angoli jest zdominowana przez 2 głównych dostawców usług, którymi są Unitel i Movicel. W tym artykule przeanalizujemy porażki i szanse stojące przed dwiema firmami w tej branży jako organizacją i przedstawimy sugestie, w jaki sposób poprawić je za pomocą strategicznych narzędzi zarządzania. W badaniu wykorzystamy również analizę PEST w celu zrozumienia otoczenia, w którym działają obie firmy. Przeprowadzone analizy za pomocą wywiadów dwóch firm telekomunikacji komórkowej w Angoli doprowadziły do sformułowania wniosków identyfikujących możliwe zmiany udoskonalające w tych firmach.
