Artykuł podejmuje problem postrzegania zachowań kontrproduktywnych w pracy. Podstawowym celem przeprowadzonego badania było sprawdzenie, czy istnieje zależność pomiędzy płcią a poziomem zaobserwowania zachowań kontrproduktywnych w specyficznym środowisku zawodowym jakim jest policja. The article deals with the problem of perception of counterproductive behaviors at work. The basic aim of the research carried out by the authors was to examine whether there exists a dependence between the sex and the level of observed counterproductive behaviors in the police force - a most specific professional environment.
