Abstrakty

Autor przedstawia szanse, zagrożenia i niejasności zatrudnienia w stadium czwartej rewolucji przemysłowej epoki postindustrialnej. Rozważa konsekwencje w postaci rozszerzenia atypowych form zatrudnienia w rozwoju czwartej fazy gospodarki postindustrialnej. Nowe technologie i powiązane z nimi nieregulowane przepisami prawa pracy formy zatrudnienia stanowią poważne wyzwanie dla prawa pracy, prawa zabezpieczenia społecznego i polityki społecznej. The Author discusses the labour force developments and the future of jobs during the period of the forth industrial revolution. It presents debates on job destruction and job creation due to the shift of technology and structural changes which might introduced as results greening the economy. He also presents the new forms of employment and deliberate how they might affect working conditions as well as the future of social protection. The last chapter highlights the legal prospects on the investment labour linkage in the forthcoming investment mega-treaties on labour and employment law in EU member states during the forth postindustrial era.
