Abstrakty
Z badań wynika, iż mężczyźni naukowcy mają w wyższym stopniu niż kobiety naukowcy zasoby ekonomiczno-polityczne oraz władzy i prestiżu, a kobiety dysponują w stopniu wyższym niż mężczyźni szeroko pojętymi zasobami duchowymi.(abstrakt oryginalny)

During the scientific career, women face numerous factors that support their professional development as well as those that constitute its limits, both in a subjective and objective sense. Possessing of personal resources is a factor helping to execute targets to succeed. Resources help a person to function and deal effectively with the challenges and tasks that lie ahead. There are significant differences between men and women in perceiving personal resources. The research shows that men scientists possess economic and political resources as well as power and prestige to a higher degree than women, while women perceive that they have, to an extent higher than men, broadly understood spiritual resources.(original abstract)
