Abstrakty
Celem pracy jest analiza modeli i narzędzi pomiaru inteligencji emocjonalnej (IE) oraz próba określenia roli IE w życiu zawodowym sprzedawcy. Stres, wypalenie zawodowe, różne problemy w pracy wpływają na zaburzenia emocjonalne pracownika, co może negatywnie oddziaływać na rozwój i pozycję firmy na rynku. Koncepcja inteligencji emocjonalnej pokazuje nowe aspekty zarządzania życiem zawodowym pracownika. Rola inteligencji emocjonalnej nadal jednak pozostaje niezdefiniowana, zarówno wśród badaczy jak i praktyków. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono dotychczasowe wyniki badań, pokazujące wpływ inteligencji emocjonalnej na zachowania organizacyjne, rotacje pracowników, efektywność pracy i inne aspekty życia zawodowego i społecznego. The aim of the study is to determine models of emotional intelligence (EI), assessment tools for IE and the role of IE in the sales employees' work life. To create a good team and achieve company's goals, managers should pay attention to what their employees feel and how they handle with different work situations. Stress, burnout, various work problems affect the emotional disturbance of the employee, what can have a negative impact on the company's development and the market position. The concept of emotional intelligence provides new aspects of managing an employee's work life. The role of emotional intelligence still remains not fully defined, both among researchers and practitioners. This article presents the results of previous researches, which describe the impact of emotional intelligence on organizational behavior, employee turnover, work efficiency, and other aspects of work and social life.
