Znaczenie projektów i ich interesariuszy w projektach rośnie. Odzwierciedleniem tych trendów są międzynarodowe standardy i metodyki zarządzania projektami, wśród których pierwszorzędną rolę odgrywa PMBoK Guide. Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy zakresu zaleceń dotyczących angażowania interesariuszy w pięciu kolejnych edycjach standardu wydanych przez PMI na przestrzeni niemal 20 lat. Analiza wykazała, iż problematyka angażowania interesariuszy jest obecna w świadomości kierowników projektów od pierwszej wersji standardu i w każdym kolejnym wydaniu odnotowano istotny przyrost zakresu i treści zaleceń standardu.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The importance of projects and their stakeholders is growing. This trend is reflected in international standards and project management methodologies, of which the PMBoK Guide plays an essential role. The aim of this article is to analyze the scope of stakeholder engagement recommendations in five consecutive editions of PMBoK Guide - the pm standard being issued by PMI over nearly 20 years. The analysis showed that stakeholder issues has been in the interest of present project managers since the first edition of the standard, and in each successive edition significant increases in the scope and deepness of the standard recommendations were noted.(original abstract)
