Abstrakty

W literaturze analizującej zjawisko finansjalizacji poruszanych jest bardzo wiele wątków: począwszy od próby określenia istoty, wymiaru historycznego, źródeł i przejawów finansjalizacji, a skończywszy na analizie skali tego procesu i jego wpływu na funkcjonowanie gospodarek oraz sytuację gospodarstw domowych czy przedsiębiorstw. Wśród badanych obszarów na szczególną uwagę zasługuje rynek nieruchomości mieszkaniowych, który traktuje się nie tylko jako obszar doświadczający skutków finansjalizacji, lecz także czynnik napędzający ten proces. Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje próbę przedstawienia istoty finansjalizacji rynku nieruchomości mieszkaniowych i oceny skali tego zjawiska w Polsce w latach 2000-2015, z uwzględnieniem wskazywanych w literaturze społecznych konsekwencji finansjalizacji: stratyfikacji społeczeństwa i wzrostu nierówności. Opracowanie wykorzystuje dane pozyskane z OECD, Eurostatu, Banku Rozliczeń Międzynarodowych, Międzynarodowego Funduszu Walutowego, European Mortgage Federation, Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz Narodowego Banku Polskiego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Literature dealing with financialisation discusses a variety of themes starting from an attempt to specify the substance, historical dimension, sources and reflections of financialisation to analysing the scale of the phenomenon, its impact upon the performance of economies and households or businesses. Among investigated areas housing market merits special attention since it is seen not only as an area tackled by effects of financialisation but also as an element driving the process. This paper seeks to highlight the substance of financialisation of the housing market and assess the scale of the phenomenon in Poland in the period 2000-2015 taking account of social effects of financialisation as discussed in literature: stratification of society and increasing inequalities. It is based on data from the OECD, Eurostat, Bank of International Settlements, International Monetary Fund, European Mortgage Federation, Statistics Poland, and the National Bank of Poland.(original abstract)
