Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest wskazanie teoretycznych podstaw stosowania wynagrodzeń za wyniki. Na tej podstawie ustalono zasady, które powinni stosować zarządzający, projektując i wykorzystując systemy wynagradzania pracowników. Artykuł składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej omówiono teorię oczekiwań. Druga część dotyczy teorii sprawiedliwości, a w trzeciej przedstawiono teorię wzmocnienia. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to indicate the theoretical basis for the application of pay for performance. On this basis, the rules that managers should use when designing and utilizing employee compensation systems have been established. The contents of the article are divided into three sections. The first section is devoted to the expectancy theory. The second section of the article concerns the equity theory, and the third section presents the reinforcement theory. (original abstract)
