Working with projects is still more commonly used in organizations of different kind. To be effective, the project management requires certain methodology and a special set of skills. Methodology enables planning and then executing the ideas, inserting them into a specific format and time frames. As e-learning projects are popular and often realized both for academic and business purposes, it is useful to have a set of tools and rules enabling to implement it according to a specific order. The aim of this paper is to propose a concept for e-learning project management with a direct implementation of the International Project Management Association standard. An example of phase model, stakeholders analysis and communication plan are presented. (original abstract)
