Celem niniejszego artykułu jest dokonanie analizy praktyk związanych z zarządzaniem projektami informatycznymi, utrzymaniem usług IT i ich wpływu na realne sukcesy przedsięwzięć, a następnie identyfikacja luk występujących pomiędzy tymi obszarami oraz rekomendacje usprawnień eliminujących te luki. In this article analyzes of the practices related to the management of IT projects and the maintenance of IT services and their impact on the real success of projects were done. Next, the gaps between project management and management of IT services were identified. A directional improvement proposal for eliminating this gaps was done. These activities will increase the probability of real success of the IT projects. The definition of project success has been updated in this article. (original abstract)
