In the modern conditions of the world economic system development the existence of the access to the financial resources and the financing structure efficiency are the main components of success in business. The aim of the article is the analysis of the most essential sources of enterprises' activity financing in Ukraine. The main factors, which will influence the dynamics of the financing volume in the negative way, have been determined. The following factors are related to them: the slowdown of the Ukraine's economy redevelopment speed, the growth of the shadow economy, the reduce of the level of most of national economy's branches income, uncertainty at the currency market. The conclusion has been made according to the nonefficiency of the existing financing structure. The complex of measures, the realization of which will allow creating background for the financing structure optimization, has been suggested.(original abstract)
