The continous development and increasing salience of the concept and practice of sustainability among organizations, and societies worldwide appears to warrant the development of conceptual approaches to theories of sustainability management. Thus, new business models should be adapted to pursue sustainable management policies, including environmental and socio-economic issues. Moreover, dynamic market development requires businesses to respond quickly by decision making processes on base of current information. Therefore, knowledge is treated as a key determinant of a sustainable organization's competitiveness and growth. This paper presents a successful identification of a set of factors determining effective sustainable management strategy implementation for an organization in the form of a conceptual framework.(original abstract)
Ciągła ewolucja i wzrost znaczenia koncepcji i praktyk zrównoważonego rozwoju zarówno wśród organizacji jak i społeczeństwa świecie przekłada się na rozwój koncepcyjnych podejść do teorii zarządzania zrównoważonym rozwojem. Perspektywy tworzenia nowych modeli biznesowych przystosowanych do realizacji polityki zrównoważenia wymagają uwzględnienia kwestii prośrodowiskowych i społeczno-ekonomicznych. Ponadto, dynamiczny rozwój rynku wymusza szybkość podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o aktualne informacje, stąd wiedza staje się obecnie kluczową determinantą decydującą o konkurencyjności i rozwoju zrównoważonej organizacji. W niniejszej pracy podjęto się próby identyfikacji zbioru czynników warunkujących skuteczną realizację strategii zrównoważonego zarządzania w organizacji w postaci konceptualnego frameworka.(abstrakt oryginalny)
