The problems of the modern consumer cooperation development in Ukraine are investigated. The content, forms and methods of cooperative management as a qualitatively new system of professional management of consumer cooperation are substantiated. Specific features and characteristics of cooperative management are also determined. Recommendations for further effective development of cooperative management are worked out. (original abstract)

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad współczesnym rozwojem kooperacji spożywczej na Ukrainie. Zostały opisane zakres, formy i metody spółdzielczego managementu, jako jakościowo nowego systemu fachowego kierowania kooperacją spożywczą. Określono również jego specyficzne właściwości i charakterystyczne cechy. Opracowano rekomendacje dotyczące efektywnego rozwoju spółdzielczego managementu. (abstrakt oryginalny)
