Transfer of knowledge is one of the most important among many factors that affect the level of innovation activity of enterprises. The aim of the survey conducted in 2017 on 819 industrial enterprises from the Wielkopolskie voivodship was to determine the impact of the business support organizations on the spillover of knowledge in a form of cooperation in the area of new solutions. It was checked how is the relationship between cooperation and the selected sources of innovation activity. The research hypothesis was the claim that this impact will be diversified. Innovation centers will stimulate more likely the cooperation between the sphere of science and enterprises than other business support organizations. As a result of analyzes carried out using logit modeling, the research hypothesis was confirmed. In addition, it was noticed that entrepreneurs who used the services of innovation centers (i.e. technology parks, technology incubators, academic business incubators and technology transfer centers) cooperated more often with entities from the sphere of science than enterprises that used the services of financing institutions. Moreover, business support organizations stimulated technology transfer easier in terms of the sector (with suppliers, recipients, within the corporate group) rather than with institutions in the field of science.
