Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
In the content of the study, the authors drew attention to the requirement to update data based on which the organization operates, indicating it as on the one hand guaranteeing the success of strategic goals, vision and mission of the company, and on the other as a generator of problem situations that may take the form of a difficult situation, conflict or crisis in the organization. The role of the manager in defining these fundamental concepts is indicated and selected tools for managing variables in a given threat category of efficient business management are indicated. The work was accompanied by the thesis that an appropriate conflict resolution strategy could protect the company from the need to seek help among costly forms of external arbitration. Potentially repeated behaviors in problematic and stressful situations are adequate to the dominant temperamental characteristic that a given person possesses. The study emphasizes the value of knowledge of temperament types by the manager, which helps to correctly diagnose problem situations and their potential consequences, and thus facilitates the selection of effective techniques and targeting tools to achieve the measured goal.(original abstract)
