Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badania możliwości majątkowych i finansowych wybranego przedsiębiorstwa logistycznego do realizacji projektu budowy centrum logistyki i dystrybucji. Autorzy omawiają założenia prognoz przychodów i kosztów oraz aktywów i pasywów przedsiębiorstwa w trakcie i po realizacji inwestycji. Ten praktyczny aspekt prowadzenia inwestycji uzupełniają rozważania o etapach projektowania centrów logistycznych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Investment decisions require analysis of historical data and future. The literaturę refers to the modern measurement techniques and evaluation of investments - financial engineering, apart from the fact that the vast majority of enterprises sufficient for strategic purposes is the financial analysis of the company in recent years and forecast its results and assets during and after implementation of the investment project. Particularly the reality of the assumptions in the planning of basic income and expense and key balance sheet items is the basis for the strategic management level. Huge importance is also analysis of non-financial factors - the progress and direction of organizational changes and marketing in the industry. Implementation of projects in line with the evolution of the industry, despite little significant positive changes in the situation financial assets after the investment entity, determines its economic life - business continuity. Very often a lack of investment activities leading to the displacement of the entity from the market. The factors outside the financial statements were of great importance also for the construction project analyzed the Świętokrzyskie Centre for Logistics and Distribution Alma Alpinex SA Financial results and position of the Company after the completion of construction the center slightly changed in relative terms, but adopting forms of the logistics center was and is probably the only way the action giving you the possibility to maintain on the market even with little profitability.
