Abstrakty

The article discusses the issue of the influence of family spirit on the creation and implementation of the family business strategy. Family businesses are a unique type of business entities resulting from the coexistence and interaction of two systems: the family system and the business one, which makes them a unique area of research and interest in theoretical and empirical studies. Family spirit is a key factor affecting the functioning, development and creation of family business strategies. The family-business constellation and the perspective of action through generations make the strategies of family businesses different from the behavior of anonymous enterprises and imply a number of challenges in many areas that do not occur in the case of other entities. The strategy of the family business is a difficult challenge combining the analysis of the environment and building the concept of the entity's operation indicating its identity and value. At the same time the most expressive example of the family business is intergenerational succession(original abstract)
