Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ról pełnionych przez gatekeepera w procesie tworzenia i rozwoju wirtualnej sieci wiedzy. W pierwszej części przedstawiono krytyczną analizę literatury przedmiotu dotyczącą zjawiska gatekeepingu oraz transferu wiedzy w organizacji sieciowej w perspektywie teorii komunikacji i zarządzania wiedzą. W drugiej części zaprezentowano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród pracowników między-narodowego koncernu technologicznego. Artykuł zakończono wnioskami teoriopoznawczymi oraz rekomendacjami praktycznymi. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to present the roles of the gatekeeper in the process of creation and development of virtual network of knowledge. The first part presents critical analysis of the literature on the subject of gatekeeping and knowledge transfer in a network organization in perspective of communication theory and knowledge management. The second part presents the results of research conducted among employees of an international technology group. The article is concluded with epistemological conclusions and practical recommendations. (original abstract)
