In this article the issues of social responsibility and necessity of its implementation in public sector have been taken on. We've tried to answer the question: what criteria should be taken into account in bargaining procedures so public task could be completed concordantly with social responsibility rules and in what way logistic can support completing public tasks. It's been said that main criteria consist of ecological and social aspects influencing for example improvement of quality of life, solving of social issues and abiding law by executors.
