The anger has the influence on Organizational Behavior (OB). To prove that, we have conducted a literature review which combines the notion of anger with the behavior in the workplace. The literature shows the relationship of anger with motivation depending on its intensity and because of individual differences regarding ways of coping with it, which are a component of the cognitive scheme acquired through learning. Personal motivation was included as a factor related to Productive Work Behavior (PWB). This paper comprises a concise study of anger which takes into consideration a chosen subset of exiting theories. Moreover, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) theories of organizational behavior are described. The main contribution of this paper is the critical literature review of the theories applying the concept of anger to the organizational environment. (original abstract)
