"4 Steps Re:Start" to model pracy ze stratą do zastosowania/stosowany w coachingu i psychoterapii. 4 kluczowe etapy modelu to: (1) praca z myślami i przekonaniami, (2) nadawanie sensu doświadczeniom i formułowanie kluczowego przesłania, (3) punkt zwrotny - przejście od przetrwania do wzrostu oraz (4) etap integracji życiowego doświadczenia. W artykule przedstawiono założenia teoretyczne, opisy przypadków oraz wskazano granicę między wykorzystaniem modelu w coachingu i psychoterapii.(abstrakt oryginalny)

We present "4Steps Re:Start" model of work with loss in coaching and bereavement in psychotherapy. The 4 steps of the model are: (1) working with thoughts and beliefs, (2) giving sense to experiences and formulating a key message, (3) turning point - transition from survival to growth and (4) integration of life experience. In this article theoretical background, case studies and differences between the use of the model in coaching and psychotherapy have been described.(original abstract)
