Temat jest interesujący z perspektywy badaczy problematyki współpracy międzynarodowej. Celem Autora jest analiza koncepcji Partnerstwa Trójstronnego, jako narzędzia współpracy międzynarodowej stosowanego przez Nową Zelandię w drugiej dekadzie XXI wieku. Narzędzia, które może stać się wzorcem rozwoju tego rodzaju współpracy. Jego znaczenie jest istotne zarówno ze względu na interesy Nowej Zelandii, jak i Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w regionie Południowego Pacyfiku. W nieco szerszym wymiarze, ze względu na możliwość wypracowania modelu udzielania pomocy rozwojowej potrzebującym jej państwom, w których władze są w stanie wypełniać powierzone im funkcje i mogą zostać partnerem państw niosących pomoc. The Author's goal is to analyze the concept of the Tripartite Partnership as a tool of international cooperation between New Zealand, the People's Republic of China and the Cook Island. It could be a certain pattern for cooperation between countries in the future. It's important for the interests of New Zealand, China and the Cook Island in the South Pacific Region. Moreover due to the possibility of developing a model of providing assistance in these fragile countries. (original abstract)
