Jednym z celów rozdziału jest podkreślenie niektórych ważnych informacji na temat rekrutacji na całym świecie, w szczególności atrakcyjności kluczowych sektorów biznesowych oraz motywacji pracowników w różnych regionach, wieku i płci. Drugim celem jest opisanie koncepcji marki pracodawcy, ze szczególnym naciskiem na pojawienie się koncepcji marki pracodawcy, podejście do marki marki pracodawcy, wizerunek marki pracodawcy i jego wpływ na wyniki marki pracodawcy.
This book chapter consists of three main objectives. The first is to highlight some of the important worldwide recruitment insight, in particular the attractiveness of key business sectors and the employees' motivations across regions, age and gender. The second objective is to describe the concept of employer brand, focusing on the emergence of the employer brand concept, the employer brand equity approach, the employer brand image and its influence on employer branding outcomes.(fragment of text)
