Abstrakty
The insurance market is still evolving. The new risks emerge, and the demand for new insurance services is growing. In fact, consumers and companies expect a simplicity, clarity, mobility and velocity in insurance transactions. The companies follow the philosophy of 'consumer is always right' and place it in a center of their all activities. This approach is very beneficial in terms of company's image, however, may be also harmful for frontline employees, who must deal with consumer misbehavior. Consumer misbehavior has a huge impact on companies and other consumers. Unfortunately, an elimination of this phenomenon seems to be impossible, its extend can be, however, decreased and prevention actions can be taken through an adjusted consumer logistic service. The aim of this article is then to present the consumer logistic service as a tool in preventing the consumer misbehavior on example of insurance market.(fragment of text)
Rynek ubezpieczeń wciąż się rozwija. Pojawiają się nowe zagrożenia, a popyt na nowe usługi ubezpieczeniowe rośnie. W rzeczywistości konsumenci i firmy oczekują prostoty, przejrzystości, mobilności i szybkości transakcji ubezpieczeniowych.
