The commercial real estate finance market is a major economic pillar for most of the world's economies. Nevertheless, the market is consistently seen as lacking innovation and mostly dependent on external technological solutions. This article describes the development and importance of innovative companies offering their solutions to this market. It furthermore draws conclusions about future key technologies that have the ability to change the market, with an focus on the Polish commercial real estate market. (original abstract)

Rynek nieruchomości komercyjnych jest głównym filarem ekonomicznym większości gospodarek świata. Niemniej jednak rynek ten jest nadal postrzegany jako ubogi w innowacje i zależny od zewnętrznych rozwiązań technologicznych. Poniższy artykuł opisuje rozwój i znaczenie innowacyjnych firm oferujących swoje rozwiązania na tymże rynku. Ponadto przedstawia on wnioski na temat przyszłych, kluczowych technologii, które mogą zmienić rynek, uwzględniając specyfikę polskiego rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
