Abstrakty

W artykule, bazując na przeglądzie literatury, zaprezentowano pożądane kompetencje menedżera projektu. Przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych, których porównanie z innymi badaniami wskazało na rozbieżności odnośnie do kryteriów wyboru menedżera zespołu projektowego. Wynika z nich, że w Polsce zwraca się przede wszystkim uwagę na kryteria "twarde" oraz że struktura zespołu projektowego (interfunkcjonalny vs interorganizacyjny) powoduje dywersyfikację pożądanych cech menedżera projektu. The article, based on a review of the literature, shows the desired competencies of a project manager. It contains the presentation of own research results, the comparison which with other studies showed discrepancies regarding the project team manager selection criteria. It proves that in Poland the attention is paid primarily to the "hard" criteria and that the structure of a project team (interfunctional vs. interorganizational) causes the diversification of the desired characteristics of the project manager.
