Today, writing about the "systems of civilian drones" and abouttheir importance as tools of sustainable development is no longerwriting a SF story, as drones are already a part of our universe andthe data they gather is often used and analysed by researchlaboratories and different enterprises. In the present paper, ourpurpose is to present the advantages of the use of this new, complexand transversal technological object that opens new frontiers formankind, for the intellectual capacities as it allows us to exploreour environment in a new, improved way. We analyse what wasdescribed by the trans-humanist movement of the 50s and since thenas the "increased man" (symbolized as H+), but also the vision of adigitalized development architecture based on the data bases. The "ecologic" wave of economic thought needed an analysis system as well as newcapacities of analysing and correlating the impacts and consequencesof our acts on the sustainable development. In this context, thedrones can be regarded as an important new tool of analysis fordeveloping a chain of complex case simulations, ecologic anddemographic impact analyses, determinations of the medicalconsequences, short term and long term weather-forecasting, economicmarket studies and much more. Our paper, born out of our transversalexperience in universities or as managers of enterprises in realeconomic environments, analyses (from the point of view of thesustainable development) the impact of using such modern tools onthe economic markets. In most analysed cases, drones are of majorinterest to the ministers in charge with the sustainable developmentas they have understood that drones can be used with success in themanagement and prevention of major risks. So, we look into therecent examples of using the drones in complex contexts and we treatthem by applying our own filters of analyse.(original abstract)

Dzisiaj, pisanie o "systemie cywilnych dronów" i o ich znaczeniu jako narzędzia zrównoważonego rozwoju nie jest już opowieścią science-fiction, ponieważ drony stały się częścią naszego wszechświata, a dane, które zbierają, często są wykorzystywane i analizowane w laboratoriach badawczych i przez różne przedsiębiorstwa. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zalet korzystania z tego nowego, kompleksowego obiektu technologicznego, który otwiera nowe perspektywy dla ludzkości i dla potencjału intelektualnego, ponieważ pozwala on na badanie naszego środowiska w nowy, lepszy sposób. W tekście przeanalizowano, co oznaczał "wzrosły człowiek" (ang. "increased-man") (symbolizowany jako H+), opisywany przez ruch transhumanistyczny od lat 50-tych, jak również wizję zdygitalizowanego rozwoju architektury w oparciu o bazy danych. "Ekologiczna" fala myśli ekonomicznej wymagała systemów analitycznych, a także nowych zdolności analizy i korelacji oddziaływania i konsekwencji naszych działań dla zrównoważonego rozwoju. W tym kontekście drony mogą być postrzegane jako nowe narzędzie analizy, istotne dla rozwoju łańcucha kompleksowych symulacji, analizy oddziaływania na środowisko i demografię, determinant konsekwencji medycznych, długo- i krótkoterminowych prognoz pogody, ekonomicznych badań rynkowych itp. Niniejszy artykuł, powstały wskutek zintegrowanego doświadczenia zdobytego na uniwersytetach czy dzięki funkcji menedżerów w rzeczywistym środowisku gospodarczym, analizuje (z punktu widzenia zrównoważonego rozwoju) wpływ używania tak nowoczesnych narzędzi na rynki ekonomiczne. W większości omawianych przypadków drony są w centrum zainteresowania ministrów odpowiedzialnych za zrównoważony rozwój, ponieważ decydenci zrozumieli, że drony mogą być z powodzeniem stosowane w zarządzaniu i zapobieganiu wielu ryzykom. Przegląd ostatnich przykładów korzystania z dronów został przedstawiony w sposób kompleksowy, a autorzy wykorzystali własne filtry podczas analizy.(abstrakt oryginalny)
