Abstrakty
Celem niniejszych rozważań było zbadanie zależności występujących pomiędzy przepływami wiedzy menedżerskiej a potencjalną i faktyczną zdolnością absorpcyjną. W celu przetestowania hipotez wykonano szereg analiz regresji. Wartością dodaną niniejszych badań jest wykazanie bezpośredniego wpływu odgórnych i horyzontalnych przepływów wiedzy menedżerskiej na potencjalną zdolność absorpcyjną oraz odgórnych, horyzontalnych i oddolnych przepływów wiedzy menedżerskiej na faktyczną zdolność absorpcyjną. Zaprezentowane wnioski uznać należy za wkład do literatury z zakresu zarządzania strategicznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of these considerations was to investigate the relationship between manager's knowledge inflows and organization's absorptive capacity. In order to test the hypothesis, a number of regression analyses were performed. The added value of this research is to demonstrate the direct impact of top-down and horizontal menagers' knowledge inflows on potential absorptive capacity, and top-down, horizontal and bottom-up menagers' knowledge inflows on realised absorptive capacity. The proposals presented should be considered as a contribution to the literature in the field of strategic management. (original abstract)
