Abstrakty

Celem rozważań tej części opracowania jest porównanie sposobu ochrony własności w wybranych krajach Azji Południowej. Poniżej omówiono najważniejsze problemy związane z użytkowaniem i własnością ziemi, zagadnienia dotyczące własności przedsiębiorstw i roli przedsiębiorstw publicznych w gospodarce regionu, a także opisano ochronę praw własności intelektualnej. Analiza stosunków własnościowych zostanie uzupełniona analizą porównawczą wskaźników ochrony praw własności dokonaną na podstawie następujących indeksów: ochrony praw własności (Heritage Foundation), praw własności i ochrony własności intelektualnej (World Economic Forum) oraz ochrony własności intelektualnej i materialnej (Property Right Alliance oraz Americans for Tax Reform Foundations).
