Bogactwo społeczno-emocjonalne i twórczość organizacyjna w przedsiębiorstwie

Głównym celem prezentowanej monografii jest konceptualizacja oraz empiryczne sprawdzenie modelu integrującego bogactwo społeczno-emocjonalne, twórczość organizacyjną i przewagę konkurencyjną w kontekście zarówno otoczenia zadaniowego, jak i typu przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawione w pracy teoreteoretyczne i empiryczne argumenty pozwalają stwierdzić znaczny wpływ pozytywnego oddziaływania bogactwa społeczno-emocjonalnego na przewagę konkurencyjną przedsiębiorstwa, który występuje bez względu na jego wielkość i okres istnienia. Ów wpływ zachodzi tak bezpośrednio, jak i za pośrednictwem twórczości organizacyjnej. Zarysowany pokrótce mechanizm stanowi znaczny wkład do teorii zarządzania strategicznego, ponieważ wskazuje na nową ścieżkę formowania przewagi konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa, mającą istotne implikacje dla praktyki menedżerskiej. Całość prowadzonych rozważań ujęto w pięciu rozdziałach. (fragment tekstu)
