The conference participants included professors of: Warsaw School of Economics, Jagiellonian University, University of Lodz, University of Life Sciences, Wroclaw University of Economics, Lublin University of Technology, Czestochowa University of Technology, Military University of Land Forces in Wroclaw representing not only Poland but Iceland, Germany, Russia and the Netherlands. [...] The visit of international group of scientists attracted a vivid attention of Mr Jakub Pilch, the Polish Consul in Iceland and Mrs Margret Jonsdottir, Spain's Honorary Consul. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to exchange views and identify potential areas of cooperation. To sum up, one of the important afterthoughts resulting from the scientific venture held in Iceland is a conclusion that cooperation between Poland and Iceland should be intensified in many fields. This includes of course joint scientific research projects. (fragment of text)
