The article presents research of main conditions and financial possibilities for innovative green development of the regions in Ukraine in the context of increased European integration. There are shown the dynamics of distribution of innovative activity of enterprises after the Ukraine regions. There are proposed the perspective directions for activation of transfer of environmental innovations in order to provide innovative development of industrial enterprises. For the purpose of improving financial incentive system for innovative green development of the regions in Ukraine it was offered by the author drawing venture capital, participation of industrial enterprises in environmental projects that receive funding from the EU structural funds, giving a boost to development of green small and medium-sized businesses from the state, forming clusters. Celem artykułu była analiza podstawowych warunków i finansowych możliwości proekologicznego rozwoju regionów Ukrainy. Przedstawiono dynamikę innowacyjnej aktywności przedsiębiorstw w poszczególnych regionach Ukrainy. W artykule podkreśla się, że podstawowym źródłem finansowania ekologicznych innowacji są środki własne przedsiębiorstw. Opracowano propozycje proekologicznych innowacji w rozwoju regionów Ukrainy. W celu poprawy finansowania innowacyjnego zaproponowano zaangażowanie venture capial, uczestnictwo przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych w projektach ekologicznych, finansowanych z funduszy strukturalnych UE, zabezpieczenie wsparcia publicznego dla inwestycji proekologicznych małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, formowanie klastrów.
